Ensured quality data analysis of business parameters in revenue, volume, trade lanes, industry verticals, customer service and country Top Line and Bottom Line targets to support the sales team with available tools.

 Responsibilities include preparation of reports, presentations, managing company's CRM system, initiating marketing material concepts, liaising with marketing suppliers, among others.

 Reviewing existing pricing policies with the lines and initiating updates and changes based on market trend / current business requirements and maintaining a strong rapport with them.

 Reviewing the pricing structure / value chain of customers and provide advice to the Sales Team to enhance the profitability of business.

 To coordinate end-to-end physical movement of shipments from supplier to the customer and ensuring accurate documents to be available at Customer end for clearance.

 Prioritizing multiple pricing strategies under tight deadlines.

 Negotiating with liners for the better rates and services especially for Industrial projects and Oil & energy (Odd size/Over Size cargo specifically).

 Support overseas entities in getting cost effective solutions to various destinations via UAE.

 Ensure that the goods are cleared at the Customer end as per the agreed clearance lead times and goods are received in to the system on time (SAP).

 Monitoring sales targets.

 Drive high value through optimal customer interactions.
