Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to the inspectors, coordination department in the following areas as a minimum:
Testing/Inspection
 Responsible to ensure the quality of service offered by Energy engineering.
 Review CVs of new candidates and provide evaluation and comments to Technical manager.
 Review assignment packages from client, raise comments for any missing information or documents as necessary and liaise with the coordinator to get it resolved. Prepare assignment instructions for each assignment.
 Prepare a daily report status which shows the outstanding reports to be submitted on the day and circulate to all concerned.
 Investigate on comments / complaints from clients and provide results of investigation to Technical manager
 Perform surveillance visits (independent / support as designated be Technical manager) along with field personnel for inspection & expediting assignments.
 Liaise with the coordinator for Deliverables which has not yet been received from the inspector, Pending feed backs / responses from clients / inspectors, Pending deliverable submissions.
 Review all deliverables under his responsibility such as Inspection report Expediting report, Audit report, Outstanding works list / Punch list, Release reports, Non-Conformance reports, Supporting documents to inspection / expediting / audit reports
 Maintain the following records / logs Daily report status, Report processing record, Report submission track record, Client feedback on reports, Stamp Logs, Complaints Log, Periodic Competency evaluation of field personnel
 Performing various inspections which include piping & structural works, welding inspection, NDT, material inspections, storage tanks, pressure vessels etc...
 Preparing and reviewing work instructions / test descriptions / inspection plans and revising / updating them as and when required. Conducting regular inspection and tests to ensure the performance capacity of various equipments and to ensure smooth operations.
 Analyzing various processes/applications and recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Management
 Maintaining quality standards, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices.
 Working in close coordination in work groups for conducting process audits, conducting reviews, approval of quality plans, detailing on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan.

 Provide weekly input to the QMS reporting system, with regards to trends and unresolved exceptions and problems.
