 Drafting quotations to various clients all over the gulf region like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar &Bahrain
 Meeting prospective clients within UAE, and providing company submittal and following up with the clients for the orders.
 To explain the purchaser various types fasteners and its application, if required
 Following up with each and every department from the start to end to give the client positive results and to make the deliveries on time.
 To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the

 To Coordinate with the warehouse workers for stock and inventory

also exercise discretion when handling personal information, including clients' bank details
 Review distribution, production, and shipment schedules
 Distribute production and shipment schedules to supervisors and workers
 Ensure that workflow is according to production and shipping schedules
 Analyze and determine what production activity should be carried first
 Discuss production progress with departmental heads and request the date of completion for further arrangements
 Maintain records for maintenance, cost reports, and bills of lading
 Work in tandem with sales, marketing, production and engineering staff
 Confer with vendors and shipping agents for supplies, and shipping good
