Responsibilities:-
To develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with clients’ reliable, result oriented and dedicated to customer satisfaction and simultaneously the company's profitability. Proficient in both B2B and B2C deals.
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including
source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other
reports as directed by the sales manager.
Drafting quotations to various clients all over the gulf region like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar &Bahrain
Meeting prospective clients within UAE, and providing company submittal and following up with the clients for the orders.
To explain the purchaser various types fasteners and its application, if required
Following up with each and every department from the start to end to give the client positive results and to make the deliveries on time.
To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the
Sales Manager
ROLES WITHIN THE COMPANY
To Coordinate with the warehouse workers for stock and inventory
Privy to confidential information held on our databases and
also exercise discretion when handling personal information, including clients' bank details
Review distribution, production, and shipment schedules
Distribute production and shipment schedules to supervisors and workers
Ensure that workflow is according to production and shipping schedules
Analyze and determine what production activity should be carried first
Discuss production progress with departmental heads and request the date of completion for further arrangements
Maintain records for maintenance, cost reports, and bills of lading
Work in tandem with sales, marketing, production and engineering staff
Confer with vendors and shipping agents for supplies, and shipping good
Sales
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out customer surveys.
• Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Customer Service
• Resolve each customer complaint within the set time limit.
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate entity on time.
• Negotiate with customers and discuss multiple solutions instead of settling for returns / refund.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and other related metrics.
• Provide feedback on product quality to the supply chain team.
• Highlight recurrent installation and quality control issues to the management
• Provide weekly reports to the management on complaints and resolutions
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques.
Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customer’s accounts.
Supervise all the calls made by the sales executives to the customers and help them in difficulties.
Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
