Plugged the loopholes by putting in place policies to make sure each $ is accounted for, implemented ERP, prepared matrix for product discounts and increased revenue by bringing in Sales team and Distributor incentive programmes.
Lead the procurement department and guided the weekly production planning. Managed Distributor relationships and changed the route to Market by adding more distributors and direct distribution through own Vans. Achieved Annual Revenue of $125mn in 2018.
