o Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and Control
o Preparation of Project quality plan, Method statements, check list inline with the manufacturer recommended installation procedures and standard industry practices
o Review the material submittal, compliance to project specifications and submit for approval
o Ensure all the delivered material meet the project requirements and specification and get it approved
by Engineer
o Report the quality issues with construction team and method of installations as per approved method statement and applicable standards
o Monitoring the quality of works by the sub contractors as per the project requirements. Issue internal NCRs
o Prepare close out documents, Operation and maintenance manuals, Asset Register, Spare parts etc.
o Close out Snagging and De snagging raised by Main contractor/ Engineer
o Monitoring site work, Material Approvals, Procurement and follow up deliveries.
o Review the material submittal, compliance to project specifications and submit for approval
o Monitor and Control all inspection activities at site
o Conduct Material and Work done inspections
o Follow up and close out NCRs
o Attending the Client/Consultant meetings to meet the project requirements.
o Prepare handing over documents, Asset register, Spare parts and O&M Mannuals in coordination with approved Vendors
o Monitoring Subcontractors work, Material Approvals, Procurement and follow up deliveries.
o Ensuring the quality of material and MEP Works execution.
o Preparing the Project Quality Plan, Method statements
o Attending the Client/Consultant meetings to meet
the project requirements.
o Coordination with Electrical & ELV (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PLC- SCADA, IT Infrastructure and Audio/Video etc) system in compliance with project specification.
o Attending inspections with Client/Consultant
o Material Submittal &Approvals.
