• Provide clerical and administrative support to the management.
• Compile and update employee records (Digital and paper).
• Sourcing, Screening Candidates and schedule interviews.
• Handling Statutory Compliances like PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, Payment of OT.
• Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance(Checklists, Task System, Performance Reports).
• Coordinate Staff Meetings and take minutes of Meeting.
• Processing Payroll report by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave.
• Manpower planning
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. Answer Queries by employees.
• Prepare offer letters of selected candidates and coordinate newly hires documentation.
• Manage all HR employee Data Base and compilation for Head Office and Site to ensure data is up to date.
• Monitoring, coordinating and preparing leave salary requests for annual Leaves, sick leaves, emergency.
• Prepare all inter-office memo and correspondence such as employees disciplinary actions (Warning & Termination); Salary Certificate; Certificate of employment.
• Generate Reports(Daily, Monthly, Annual)
• Organizing Staff Training sessions, Workshops etc.
• Renewal of Licenses like Factories & boilers license, Labor License etc.
• Developing & Implementing HR Policies.
• Counseling & Advising employees regarding attendance or performance related issues.
• Conducting recreational activities for employees
• Induction & Exit Formalities.
• Time management, Issuing ID cards & Uniforms to employees.
• Arranging Health check up for employees
• Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for
the department.
• Perform research duties as and when required by the team
