I have 7 years of experience in Fitness industry and have done my Certifications in Diet and Sports Nutrition, Personal training, Functional training, Osteoarthritis and Lower back pain cases, Weight lifting for Women (ACE) and Pre and post Pregnancy exercises (ACE), Anabolic Androgenic Steroids. I have CPR AED certification from American Heart Association. I transformed hundreds of clients in my career. Have good knowledge in creating Exercise programmes and Diet plans to different body types. I have good communication skills and interpersonal skills and I can able to manage all age groups of clients. I have ability to create a friendly environment in gym and have good experience in understanding client needs and fulfilling them.
