Work involves Scheduling, day to day coordination with client and EIL, Interface activity, Billing, and construction supervision of Piling, Heavy Foundation, Structural work, Equipment erection, Substation work, Offsite Piperack, Roads and Drains and allied works from setting out to commissioning (Resources handled 1500 plus)
Over all responsibilities for the the construction and erection of EPC Projects of Gas Cracker Complex of Phase IIIA for ONGC at Hazira. Responsibilities includes setting out, mobilization, sun-contracting, Construction supervision, Client and consultant (EIL) coordination, billing etc.,
Construction responsibilities for day to day activities, achieving targets, client coordination for the National Highway Construction (NH-8) Delhi - Jaipur section. Works involves Resource handling Complete Highway constructions, Bridges, Culverts and median for 65 KM stretch
