- To define scope of Partial RFC for commissioning of sub-system partially completed;
- To instruct the daily/weekly/monthly activity to Electrical Supervisors and workers;
- To carry out the pre-commissioning activity related to Electrical (e.g. support for motor uncoupled/coupled run test, function test, support/set-up of electrical equipment to commission, make readiness of electrical commissioning) in accordance with the pre-commissioning procedure;
