- Review project scope on Proposal stage, breaking down all Construction activities on workpacks;
- Provide construction input to cost manpower and schedule estimates;

- GoCompletion® system ITR’s for Mechanical completion and Pre-commissioning activities;
- Undertake visits to Iraq facilities to liaise with Construction Supervisors.

The LNG Plant is building in three phases which are scheduled for start-up in 2017, 2018, and 2019, respectively. The Project will be producing 16.5 MTPA of LNG and up to 1.2 MTPA of gas condensate to be shipped to Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Electrical Discipline includes power generation, transformation and distribution of 132kV / 35kV / 10kV / 0.4kV voltage level.
Main activities:
- Schedule and plan preparation of commissioning related to Electrical based on the schedule of overall commissioning.
- Utilizing of EasyPlant software for better quality of Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning activities;
- To check and test 132kV GIS SWGR, 35kV GIS SWGR, 10kV AIS SWGR, Power Oil and Dry transformers, LV Switchgears, insulation continuity tests of electrical cables, VSDs, UPS, Motors, etc.;
- To define scope of Partial RFC for commissioning of sub-system partially completed;
- To instruct the daily/weekly/monthly activity to Electrical Supervisors and workers;
- To carry out the pre-commissioning activity related to Electrical (e.g. support for motor uncoupled/coupled run test, function test, support/set-up of electrical equipment to commission, make readiness of electrical commissioning) in accordance with the pre-commissioning procedure;
- To participate in all the commissioning activities and subsequent day to day operation of the assigned plant;
- To carry out the start-up activities in accordance with the operating procedures.
- To carry out periodical tests and verification to ensure the process and safety equipment is in good working condition;
- To assists in troubleshooting and proposes changes to improve the safety and availability of the installations;
- To operate safely and efficiently all outside electrical equipment in a proper manner and carries out routine checks on electrical equipment for abnormalities;
- To perform minor maintenance activities as per agreed procedures;
- To monitor and control the energisation/operational activities of the assigned plant, and co-ordinate with the PDCS (Power Distribution Control System) activities according to instructions.
- To check electrical protection relay setting;
- To co-ordinate with Maintenance for electrical equipment functional checks.

Projects: Development of the West Qurna Field Contract Area in Iraq including:
1. EPC for the Water PIPELINE 40” Ø between Water Treatment Plant (the “WTP”) at Main Outfall Drain (“MOD” or Third River) and extension of Central Processing Facilities Mishrif (the “CPF”) to transport the treated Water from the WTP to CPF Mishrif.
2. EPC for the Gas Pipeline 28” Ø between the Gas Treatment Plant (the “GTP”) and Gas National Grid Tie-in to transport the produced/treated Gas from GTP to Delivery Point 2;
3. EPC for the LPG Pipeline 14” Ø between GTP and LPG National Grid Tie-in to transport the produced/treated LPG from GTP to Delivery Point 3.
4. EPC for the 42" Ø Onshore Oil Export Pipeline & Associated works;
5. EPC for the 33 KV OHL parallel to Construction of 42" DIA Onshore Export Pipeline & Associated works at THE WEST QURNA FIELD (PHASE-II)
6. FEED for the Tuba Tank Farm (TTF) - Fao Tank Farm (FTF) Oil Export Pipelines Project (42" Ø and 40" Ø) and Tuba Tank Farm Upgrade.
