rooms will be tripled from 19 to 60 and the outpatient clinic capacity will be increased by 70% to 147 rooms from the current 88. The new facility will be spread across 245, 000 square meters and will have underground parking
facility for 1300 vehicles.

Job Description:
• Receive and distribute all internal and external project documentation both in hard copy and electronically as per distribution matrix
• Maintain document integrity by applying document control procedure throughout the project execution,
ensuring that all documentation, drawings and specifications are up-to-date and at the correct revision
(using client numbering and revision as required)
• Maintain and archive project documents, including technical codes, standards and certifications.
• Ensure that a standard or project specific Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) with procedures is maintained.
• Assist and guide project personnel in the utilization of the EDMS and Document Control process.
• Participate in initiatives to improve company Document Control Systems and Procedures
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any
damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
