Maintaining Quality of the Fit-out works through continuous Supervision at Site
Recording the Man-hour involved for the particular scope of work including Overtime jobs

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site

Resolving any expected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Day to management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of all subcontractors involved in project
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation
Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
Inspect the site to evaluate the progress of works and where necessary clarify any decision, offer interpretation of the drawings/ specifications
Ensure subcontractors have the correct tools for the job, and where necessary train to ensure the required quality standards are being achieved
Maintained and monitored the progress of project development goals and provided management with project time frames
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site
Liaising with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
Preparing snag lists and close it out for final handing over
Track the project progress regularly and provide periodic project status to the Project Engineer
Ensure that all health & safety procedures are in place by the consultant / contractor and are implemented on site
