Supervises and coordinates the appropriate processing of stock requisitions, purchase orders, GRNs.
Co ordinate the allocation of stocks to the shops as per the plans.
Provides accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decisions.
Maintains inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.
Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical inventories.
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation.
Prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, as required.
Preparation and sending of orders to the external warehouses based on the replenishment orders approved by sales team.
Scanning items on reservation and items allocation.
Preparation of data for placing manual orders/local shortages/ top 20 item etc.
Preparation of various data about stock levels like re order level, danger level etc.
Recovery postings/back flow postings/ fixed asset postings /location transfer postings etc
Scanning and checking empty location and missing locations.
Preparation and handover data to the goods flow team.
Posting of all replenishment batches after pick up and ensure all the departments are replenished according to the requirements.
Co - ordinate with sales team in providing information and other support services
Recruit and lead the team with responsibility. Divide and allocate duties and responsibilities within the team members.
Trading in Indian stock market (Equity, Futures & Options, Commodity, currency trading)
Identify and solicit potential customers and establish rapport to understand their needs and develop selling strategies in accordance with it.
Create promotion plans and implement them accordingly
Conduct training programs, seminars about the investment portfolios and promotion plans.
Initiate and lead team meetings.
Work closely with top level management and report the progress. Communicate the relevant top level strategies to the team members.
Office administration and team management.
Assess customer needs and wants, recommend new plans and products.
Gains clear understanding of Customers, Team initiatives and key areas of focus to be clearly communicated to top management resulting in flawless execution of plans.
