• Monitor and manage the Network of the Colgate warehouse on the Weekly basis.
• Resolve the Local Network regarding issues.
• Install the Windows and create a Username.
• Address the Printing issues if there.
• Create the Checklist stating the Power status and any local issues.
• Ensure the proper connectivity of the Modem with Router and do the configuration if it’s new.
• Take the console of the Router if there’s any issue.
• Monitor and manage the Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Switches (2960): Basic Configuration, VLAN, VTP, PORT SECURITY, STP, RSTP, ETHER-CHANNEL, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
• Routers (2811, 2801): Basic Configuration, IOS Installation, TELNET, Rip V1/V2, OSPF, EIGRP, ACL.
• Coordinate with different teams and vendors on requirement basis for the resolution of the network
• Coordinating with User and ISP like BSNL & TATA.
• Install and upgrade IOS basic configuration EIGRP, SNMP.
• Manage SLA and providing maximum up time to client.
• Monitor and provide support to the network services to PAN India
• Client sites monitoring for any faults (like router unresponsive and Interface down).
• Using Network Performance Monitoring tool i.e. BMC Remedy 7.5.00 Solar winds Orion NPM 10.5.
