Inspection, servicing, supervision of mechanical equipment’s like Main Engines, motors, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, desalination units etc.
Preparing Daily Engine Report, Compressor Report and Water Maker Production Report.
Routine checking of engines, compressors, water makers, pumps and other equipment’s in machinery deck which includes checking oil levels, monitoring temperatures etc.
Take immediate action in case of high-low level alarms, high-low air pressure, transfer fuel & drill water to tanks as per drilling requirement.

Inventory management of spare parts that are adequate for safe uninterrupted operations.
Ensure that all PPE, PTW, HSE requirements are adhered to when at worksite.
Observe rig safety rules and procedures & watches for unsafe practice, oil spillage and leaking pipes.
Maintain log books of running equipment and stock of consumables like fuel, oil, water etc.

Key Deliverables: • Concerned with Application and Design of various accessories involved in the system
• Gathering and analyzing customer needs & working as per their requirements
• Involvement in Erection and Commissioning work at clients site/shop floor etc
• Synchronizing with AutoCad Operators & with group of people across the functions, recommending changes if required, and suffice the requirements of clients
• Preparing the Resources analysis like Manpower, Equipments, Materials, etc

• Associated with Vendor follow-up & Dispatch of materials priority-wise
• Accountable for synchronizing with Site Supervisors
• Preparing the weekly and monthly site activity reports & Preparing project status report
• Planning & Executing work to achieve the target as planned.
