Presenslty I work with all shirawi as planning engineers, and deal to maintain inventory, to review sales order, And to maintain stock of material as per production planning, MRP run to monitor stock, flow of resource, consider material master by usingORACLE R12
Job Responsibility:-
• Evaluation of drawings and prepare Manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM).
• Planning of Fabrication process for manufacturing of Pressure vessels and Transportation equipment.
• Monitoring of Inventory to avoid excess/shortage inventory
• Monitoring and creating a requisition for material required for job
• Analyze the sales order and Launch MRP to Procure material for production
• Estimation of Man hour required for manufacturing process
• Meeting with HOD for report and Job delivery within the schedule.
