Admin and HR Responsibilities:
• Performs all HR and Administrative task needed for the company
• Includes posting of job ads and screening of applicants
• Prepares legal documents needed to process visa as per UAE Labor Law
• Prepares Monthly Salary for all Employees (Fix and Variable)
• Performs other task necessary from time to time as per Directors order
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Market properties by posting ads on the website
• Prepares MOU, Tenancy Contract and all kinds of Receipts
• Arrange schedule for viewing of properties
• Discuss with owners and buyer for property matter such us market price and other concerns
• Update system from time to time and controlling Dubizzle and Propertyfinder XML matter
• Prepare Performance Evaluation of all employees per position.
• Prepare Job Description per position of all employees
• Performs initial orientation to all newly hired employees
• Schedules weekly meeting of all agents
• Acts as Company Front Desk in lieu of the reception
