• Responsible for the conceptual and commercial success of allocated property development projects in accordance with the strategic, land and project development plans and business plans.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary processes, and provide understanding of the real estate market place and to convert conceptual ideas into successful commercial assets.
• Responsible for inception to completion of The Land holdings varied projects in Riyadh. The value of any one development exceeds SAR 1 billion Riyals.
• Provide and guide technical engineering support for raw land development for sites and engineering projects.
• Review and evaluate contracts, scope of work and scope of services, specifications, and tender submissions for projects.
• Act and think independently, translate the vision and mission of the company to the assigned projects.
• Have the analytical skills to undertake feasibility studies, manage budgets and participate in high level commercial negotiations as and when required

New town developments centered on shopping and life style in Alabang City area with a total of 600 hectares of high end residential community and 36 hole golf course, 40 hectares Madrigal Business Park (office and commercial complex), Shopping Mall GFA-250, 000 square meters design with Mediterranean inspired town center Mall, with 3 contagious Malls, Casa Madrigal, and Susana.
