Duties involved:
Talent Acquisition: Analyzing stafing requirements and engaging with account managers and team leaders to understand job criteria. Job Postings: Advertising job vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms. (Indeed, Reed, CV Library, Find a Job, LinkedIn and Facebook) Sourcing and Shortlisting Candidates: Utilizing diferent channels (job portals, and social media) to source and shortlist potential candidates. Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit as per the client's preferences. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and the clients. Reference Checking: Verifying professional references to ensure candidate credibility. (Emails and calls) Ofer Negotiation: Collaborating with the clients to extend job ofers and negotiate terms with candidates. Screening and Vetting (Onboarding process): Completing Screening and Vetting in accordance with British Standard BS7858 for the previous five years employment. All Screening & Vetting is conducted as required by BS7858, and as accepted by the SIA for ACS purposes. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database. ( MS Excel and CRM Software) Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients while ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
