•Deals with the high profile guests while taking the booking
•Interacting with the National & International Clients in a well professional manner
•Surfing the best possible budgeted hotel for the client as per the guest satisfaction
•Mostly deals with the corporate clients from HCL, Infosys, & Wipro
•Always maintaining a very good customer relationship with the clients by making them satisfy
•Revert back to the clients in case of any cancellation made after the booing
•Actively participating in a team in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization
