• Preparation of complete Planning, Scheduling & Control Systems.
• Developing comprehensive fully cost and recourse loaded BPES (Baseline Project Execution Schedule ) submittal package.
• Updating the CPM schedule periodically and analyse cost allocation, manpower and resources.
• Development and Update Project Banana Curve \[Early S-Cure, Late S-Cure and Actual Cost Curve\].
• Development and update of resources cost loaded baseline schedules
• Development and update of project man-power diagram and the human resource cumulative curve.
•Generatation of reports, narratives and letters about the impact of change on construction progress.
•Create, implement, and execute proper controls to proactively support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs, labour hours and quantities for business unit and cross-business unit projects.
•Establishing and maintaining the work process that identifies and quantifies project cost trends.
•Provide consistency between cost control, and scheduling
•Development timely cost control reports. Prepare and issue cost control analysis narratives including recommendations for corrective actions that are used by business unit management and project teams to manage the work.
•Defining and advising the project team to take specific actions to effectively manage cash flow.
•Working with the Project manager to ensure projects comply with Contract requirements regarding TIA's and REA development and negotiations.
Preparation of Delay impact analysis & time extension claims.
•Preparing monthly invoices in conjunction with schedule reports. Ensure invoices are prepared in a timely manner.

requirements.
• Develop (WBS) in conjunction with the Project Management Team and Team Leaders.
• Development of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera and/or
Microsoft Project that reflects all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple
contractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.
• Ensures the assignment of budgeted resources to each network activity with the
appropriate team leader.
•Prepares and analyzes manpower loading reports for all internal customers.
• Prepares schedules, graphs and progress curves for monthly reports and progress reviews
for both the Project Manager and Team Leaders.
• Generate project progress charts and cost reports. Monitor, evaluate and update project
cost data on budgeted amounts.
• Monitor and schedule track outages with subcontractors and customer.

•Monitors and updates the Schedule with actual hours expended and estimates to complete
(ETC) in conjunction with the Cost Controller.
• Review, analyze, monitor and report the progress of Contractors regularly updated progress
schedules and forecasts, resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline
comparisons.
• Assist with disputes resolution and claims planning matters including construction
sequence, delay and disruption analysis.
•Highlights problem areas during schedule updates to the Project Manager/Director in
order to minimize schedule impacts and devise workarounds, if possible.
• Monitors and updates schedules with progress for all work package managers, functional
departments, sub-contractors and site installation.
• Coordinates and integrates various sub-schedules from subcontractors.
• Review construction schedules and Time Impact Analysis
• Review and analyze Contractors Baseline schedule and recommend changes to the
program to reduce any milestone difficulties, minimize critical paths, and identify
interface conflicts.
• Maintain program CPM schedule.
• Developing, monitoring and tracking for project costs also assure verification of cost
coding - time sheets, purchase orders etc.
• Develop, implement and control the project cash flow.
• Ensure procurement, material and submittal logs are created and maintained and Manage
