• Preparing invoice for the executed works
• Preparing change orders for quantities not listed in the bill of quantities.
• Full responsibility for writing - daily, weekly and monthly reports - monthly invoices - inventory of electrical stores -request for inspection of works.
• Developing an action plan for supervisors, technicians and workers according to each stage of project implementation.
• All final shop drawings of the project have been made and approved by the consultant.
• Coordinating with consultant engineers Department.
• Coordinating with other branches (civil, mechanical &architecture) Engineer in working in site.
• Preparing the purchase requests as per project requirements with full technical specifications.
• Preparation of Electrical Submittals to the consultant for material procurement.
• Preparation & Submission of daily reports, weekly reports to the head of the department.
• Coordinating all the Electrical activities in the site through site engineers & Foremen.
• Assisting the Head of Department in preparation of monthly report.
• Preparing the final shop drawing & BOQ.
• Preparation of Electrical Submittals to the consultant for material rocurement.
