Comparing the work in progress against the required milestone in the business / project plan
Direct and supervise the implementation of yearly sales objectives as per the sales forecast

Minimize capital invested in stock and maximize products turnover in accordance with supplier's arrangements and company goal objectives.
Keeps acute observation on improvements for costs, wastage, and profits
Work with the media for promotion activity
