This company works in porta cabins as a complete contracting, designing,
production & erection.
􀂃 PORTA CABINS FOR LUSAIL DEVELOPMENT AREA - DOHA -
QATAR
This project consists of one floor cabins for Lusail area in Doha, Qatar. The
owner of this project is REDCO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY.
Our scope of work is to design, produce and erect these cabins. Cabins are
many types, some of them are small 12.2x3.5m and some are big 128x80m.
Description of Duties:
1. Simple design for the steel floor of cabins which consist of I-beam
sections and truss roof which consists of L section connected to each
other by welding by using ROBOT 18 program.
2. Quantities for all materials required in this project by making complete
files by using EXCEL program.
3. Making shop drawings for production and erection.
4. Site engineer after finishing designing and starting the erection.
􀂃 PORTA CABINS FOR RAS LAFFAN AREA - DOHA - QATAR
This project consists of double stories cabins in Ras Laffan Area north of al-
Khor, Qatar. The owner of this project is CCC Company.
Our scope of work is to design, produce and erect these cabins.
Description of Duties:
1. Designing double stories cabins which consist of I-beam sections and
truss roof which consists of L section connected to each other by
welding by using ROBOT 18 program.
2. Quantities for all materials required in this project by making complete
files by using EXCEL program.
3. Making shop drawings for production and erection.

- Structural Engineer, responsible for the Design Office in the factory for
making all details and shop drawings.
- Quality Control Engineer for the moulds and production.
- Tracking the production to updated the schedule, and then to revise the
action plan as per the requirements.
- Responsible for the dealing with consultants of our clients to get the
approval of our design and solving all comments which are given by
them.
- Responsible for dealing with the engineers from companies which
provide us with all accessories for pre cast & pre stress concrete.
- Dealing with foremen and skilled labors and guiding them to proceed
the production.

- Supervising the repair works which were executed by using Carbon
Fibers.
- Designing the required moulds for pre cast and pre stress units by using
ROBOT 18.0 software.
- Earthquake design by using ETABS software.
- Main design depends on ACI 318-02 & PCI Codes.
- Analyzing the pre-stress report in order to prepare the shop drawings.

􀂃 THE NEW BUILDING OF TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
- ALEPPO - SYRIA
This project consists of three buildings which consist of ground floor & six
floors.
Our scope of work is to design these three buildings with complete shop
drawings and analysis files.
Description of Duties:
1. Earthquake designing of all buildings. The design depends on combined
system (shear walls & frames) by representing complete structure in
ETABS program, then finding all resultant stresses on shear walls &
frames.
2. Finding all required sections of beams, columns, foundations & mats in
accordance with earthquake designing.
3. Making all required shop drawings for all elements.
4. The supervision on this project was by PhD. Molham Badawi & PhD.
Maher Naser.
5. Designing depends on Syrian Arab Code for mats, foundations, columns
& beams, and UBC 97 for earthquake designing.

Scope of work:
- Supervision on military buildings construction.
􀂃 MILITARY BUILDINGS IN WESTERN AREA OF SYRIA (DEIR
EZZOR - ALHASAKAH - ALKAMISHLI - ALBOOKAMAL -
ALMAYADEEN)
These projects consist of ground floor & four floors.
Our scope of work is to supervise these buildings and push to construction to
complete on time.
Description of Duties:
1. Supervision on projects in all mentioned cities.
2. Dealing with contractors and arranging their work.
3. Making reports for progress of each project and contacting with the
management to clear all comments.
4. Arranging quantities notes and checking them after they were made by
the contractor.

Scope of work:
- Designing of industrial buildings which locate in industrial area in
Aleppo - Syria.
- Designing of mosques.
- Designing of buildings.
Work is supervised by PhD. Molham Badawi & PhD. Maher Naser. These
projects consist are made in accordance with Syria Arab Code for static loads,
and UBC 97 code for earthquake designing.
Our scope of work is to give complete designing by using ETABS program,
then making complete shop drawings for construction.

Scope of work:
- Designing buildings & villa compounds in accordance with Syrian
Arab Code for static loads, and earthquake designing in accordance
with UBC 97 Code.
- Making all required shop drawings as per site for getting approval by
consultants.
􀂃 SMALL VILLA COMPUNDS B + G + 2 STOREY - ALEPPO - SYRIA
They were two compounds, one consists of 6 villas, and the other consists of 8
villas. All the 14 villas are different shape.
Our scope of work is to design these villas in accordance with Syria Arab
Code.
Description of Duties:
1. Designing all villas by using ETABS program.
2. Making all required shop drawings for getting approval and the progress
of construction.
3. Making many suggestions for the roofs because of complex shape and
submitting them to the architectural to get the approval and then making
all required shop drawings for them.

ALEPPO - SYRIA
Our scope of work is to design these buildings.
Description of Duties:
1. Designing all buildings by using ETABS program in accordance with
Syria Arab Code for static loads, and UBC 97 Code for earthquake
design.
2. Making all required shop drawings for construction.
DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN KALLAS FACTORY - ALEPPO - SYRIA
Kallas factory has drainage system for his products; this system was made
without getting approval from consultant.
Our scope of work is to make all required shop drawings as per site and to
submit them to the consultant for approval.
Description of Duties:
1. Visiting the site and locating the drainage system which consists of
sewerage, fresh water & fire alarm pipes.
2. Making all required shop drawings and submitting them to the
consultant for approval.

This project consists of one school for elementary stage.
Our scope of work is to supervise the construction which is made by a
contractor.
Description of Duties:
1. Supervision on the construction during the progress of work.
2. Dealing with the contractor's engineer to solve any difficulties may
happen during the progress of work.
3. Checking QS report for the quantities in accordance with construction as
per site.
