Managed all Bancassurance activities & insurance related issues of the retail banking division.
Head of Retail Collections (2009)
Managed retail collection department for a year, acting as Head of Retail Collections, including in-house teams & outsourced collection offices.
Developed new structure in retail collections that included different collection teams for various retail products.
Managed the expansion of the department to ensure its effectiveness & efficiency, & to carry out huge data cleansing projects & restructuring processes (from 9 to 52 agents & team leaders), all internal transfers.
Developed the UAT team for testing & evaluating new collection system (eIspraxis) of an international vendor (EXODOS).
Managed the launch of the (eIspraxis) system with a team from Piraeus Group Greece, & EXODOS (Vendor), & conducted its training to the collection team, team leaders, & admin team.
Recruited & managed corporate agents for New Cairo sales office.
Trained properties consultants of corporate agents.
Conducted regular sales & services meetings with team leaders & branches’ managers of corporate agents to improve their teams’ performance & motivate them to focus on DAMAC’s products through a motivating commission scheme & other corporate motivational program.

Participated with Allianz Bancassurance team in the work out of business plans, with partner banks.
Worked out plans, analysis & assessment for quality of work of bank’s branches
Organized weekly meetings with the bank Bancassurance & retail management, to analyze the position given from MIS in order to control & track overall sales activity of the bank.
Developed good & efficient relationship with branches' managers, as well as bank's retail management, whom in charge of Bancassurance acquisition & development, to cooperate & improve business growth.
Managed, organized, assisted, & coached, a team of Insurance Coordinator in their marketing efforts to sell life assurance products, within the bank branches, & to coach the branches’ staff.
Achieved & exceeded agreed bank’s business plan in 2005, & 2006, participated in increasing Bancassurance sales in HSBC Bank Egypt, from EGP 12 million GWP, to EGP 18 million GWP in 2006.
