Roles and Responsibilities ⚫ Managing an in-house team and multiples service providers in delivering MEP services. ⚫ Establishing standards operational procedures, policies, methodologies and channels of communication ⚫ Establishing, monitoring and controlling operations plans and maintenance plans. Customization of maintenance plans to suit operations requirements. ⚫ Tendering process of required services, and projects. ⚫ Establishing, monitoring and applying contracts SLAs and contractor management, through meeting contractors on regular basis, establishing quality enforcement procedures and standards. ⚫ Provide full technical support, solving technical and operational problems, and providing technical reports and feedback to director of operation. ⚫ Carry out complete planning for the F1 race, including site checks and performance testing, setting up technical team allocations and resources. Carry out necessary coordination meetings with other departments and customers, establishing plans and SOP for delivering requirements and increasing operations resilience. ⚫ Setting up and execution of Contingency plans, for water supply system, sewage system and firefighting system, race control systems, track lights and venue power supply. ⚫ Coordination with Authorities having jurisdiction such as Civil Defense, Food Authority, National security teams, and attending authorities meeting and site visits prior the Race. ⚫ Review of specs, design, shop drawing, material submittal and equipment selection, and supervise installation of new projects for the mechanical systems, such as driving school first level space conversion, additional floor to paddock Club project. Review method of statement, and risk assessment for jobs. ⚫ Managing and enforcing QA/QC for services providers to achieve deliverables at the required quality level, correcting and enforcing quality as needed. ⚫ Making decisions on projects budgets, contractor's performance, existing and new recruited in-house team members and contractor personnel. ⚫ Participate in the strategic planning of the facility, reflecting organization mission vision, and values on facility plans through operation and maintenance plans.
