Dealing with the clients ATL & BTL advertisement needs in terms of:
• Outdoors: Design, Location Selection & Setup
• Shop signs: Design, Production & Setup
• Internal & external signage: Design & Setup
• Promotional stands: Design & Setup
• Production: dealing with our own print house
• Materials: Dealing with all kinds of materials including Banner, flex face, vinyl….etc
• Coordinates activities of design, illustration & photography to prepare advertisements for publication,
• Supervises workers engaged in pasting up advertising layouts in art department or studio
• Determines arrangement of art work and photographs and selects style and size of type
• Submits copy and typography instructions to printing firm or department for typesetting.
• Reviews proofs of printed copy for conformance to specifications.
• Assigns personnel to mount printed copy and illustration on final layouts,
• Coordinating assignments with completion of art work to ensure that schedules are maintained.
• Writes instructions for final margin widths and type sizes, and submits layout for printing.
• Examines layout proofs for quality of printing and conformance to layout.
• Giveaways production that covers all levels & segments.
• Event’s management and implementation for all types (Corporate events, Products launches, Business meetings, Business conferences & Press conferences) covering Impresario Services, Sound System, Light System & Professional Video Shooting
• Creation & Production for all events’ concepts, setups and layouts.
• Professional and wide PR & Communication services. Starting from the PR & Communication planning, going through the Media kit editing and preparation and ending by the Media representative’s invitation and press coverage.
Dealing with the following Clients:
Carrefour / City centre /Hilton Sharm Dreams / BMW / Egyptian Gulf Bank / NSGB / CIB / El-Maghraby / MOHM / Baraka Optics
Assist in developing and implementing clients communication objectives and communication plans
Assist in increase clients recognition within its industry
Relationship management with other organization sister institutions, donors and government agencies
Initiate, compose, edit, design, record, produce clients publications and information materials such as documents, newsletters, leaflets, posters and brochures
Prepare a monthly media highlights for the Clients
Support the production of advertisement & promotions materials.
Arrange public appearances for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill
Develop PR strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services
Arrange & organize clients diff types of events (VIP, Employee, Trade…..etc) and other below the line activities

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Dealing with media
Dealing with the following Clients:
Sainsbury's / Thomas Cook / Dally Dress / M Gahar Optics
Coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts
Leads the marketing team in some companies and prepares the marketing budget.
Develop marketing strategy and written action plans in order to achieve specific objectives.
Measure, evaluate, and analyze the marketing programs as and when needed.
Ensure that all customer questions and requests are followed up in a timely manner.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers
Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
