Responsible on Four departments (Project control, Supply Chain, Warehouses, cash Collection)
Each department is supervised by a manger reporting to me directly, and the target of this hierarchy is to follow up on projects milestones and their cash also decreasing the cost by managing the procurement and the planning of warehouse material
Working on projects and Services with different kinds of industries from the project management point of view that guarantee the project / Service implementation according to the planned (Time / Cost / Scope ) in the frame of best Quality to gain customer Satisfaction.
And this is considered the Success terms of Every Company (To deliver as planned and gain your money)
o Responsible for supervising the Project Managers to deliver the project deliverables according to the plan.
o Monitoring the projects costs by assigning to each project its required resources in defined timeline.
o Following up with the commercial Team, the customer payments avoiding any negative impact on the company cash flow.
o Set a weekly meeting with project manager to review the project progress.
o Set a meeting with the project manager to take a lessons learned document according to the actual project implementation to be one of the company assets and this document covers the following scopes :
Report about the project business line.
Report about the customer and his commitment to his financial payments.
The Risks faced the project and its impact on any coming BOQ.
o Facilitating any problems that may face project managers with other Company departments to guarantee a smooth operation.
o Rearrange the Company workflow processes from scratch and this according to the service delivered by the company, suppliers and Customers.
o Helping the HR in writing the job description and requirements of each position in the company.
o Give the advice for the board management concerning the best company Hierarchy that facilitate the operation process, save cost and time, and give the best quality of service.
o Arrange a meeting with different company departments (operation, Marketing, sales …) to know the problems and give solutions that guarantee the company success.
o Supervising the IT Development Team for applying all the above data on the company ERP systems to guarantee that every process will be automated through the approved authorities with the wright meth as documented.
Performing integrated Diagnostic Studies for existing Enterprises yielding Business Review Report based on detailed SWOT Analysis in the main Management Areas: Marketing and Sales; Production and Operations; Quality Management Systems; Human Resources Management; General and Cost Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS), and this to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
o Customer Relations Management (CRM).
o Investigate the economic conditions surrounding the business activity such as services trends and competition considering this as main input for the company yearly strategic goal.
o Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up business and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business.
o Prepare a detailed business plan so will not lose sight of goals and objectives.
o Understanding the skills and qualities brought to business.
o Direct all aspects of Projects operations with full oversight for over 700 employees in the operations department.
o Supervise all the project Managers by taking a weekly and monthly project reports to guarantee smooth operation process.
o Analyze projects operation data components to ensure optimization.
o Collaborate with financial teams and accountants to study operational expenses, revenues and cash flow.
o Meet with executive management and board members to conduct presentations on operational strategies and enhancement projects.
o Ensure compliance with all government authorities including taxes, financial commitments and labor law.
o Develop strategies to enhance operational workflow and enhance projects daily requirements by modifying logistics.
o Streamline policies and procedures to cut down on waste, reduce expenses and improve operational and avoid any extra cost.
o Handle escalated problems and develop quick resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Recruit, hire and train employees including performance appraisals, recommended promotions and recognition.
o Gather information on project requirements & prepare Business cases to decide Go/NGO
o Monitoring and follow-up for the work performance of project teams according to the projects schedules
o Prioritization of project tasks according to the current budget
o Handling Customer interface and building strong customer relation
o Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and teams utilization.
o Ensuring smooth project delivery
o Identifies resources need & assign individual responsibilities including project managers
o Secure project Resources and logistics in the most cost effective way without affecting project delivery
This Job is according to my position in projectized company, so my responsibility is to secure all the projects resources, logistics and other administrative issue and this by:

Worked as a project manager for a diffrent kinds of military projects (IT /Construction/.....)
Coordinnate between the different teams working in the diversified kinds of projects and reporting the progress to the upper level
Doing the first and second line maintenance for Air deffence missiles
