Responsibilities:
• Managing the factory team ( 4 Rep.- Factory Manager - Production Manager - Installing supervisors - 6 Installing teams ).
• Extend the customers data base and opening new markets .
• Achieve the highest prevalence rate in the construction and factories market .
• Study the tenders and determined the cost and the profits.
• Signing the contracts with the customers.
• Develop the factory production lines.
• Coordinate with the production manager and installation team and monitor them within the work .
• Manage the customers for any needs or issues and solve it
• Manage the factory manager, Sales and marketing team to achieve our Target.
• Responsible to put the annual sales plane, cash flow plan and submit it to the G.M.
• Getting and following with new Government sections and Consultant offices.
• Attending technical meeting with the client and consultant to clarify any points.
• Manage and Monitor the technical staff and aim them to Clint scope.
• Manage Collecting process for the factory over dues amounts.
• Submit the Schedule plan to the customers and following it.
• Closing report for every stage and submit it to the clients.
• Approved invoices before submit it to the client
Responsible for Projects inquiries with 600 Million S.R
* Take-Off - Bills of Quantities, Purchasing Orders and Estimations.
* Study all departments needs within the next 45 days and put plan
& budget for it .
* Managing all members in Logistics ( Purchasing team &
warehouses).
* Market studying for finding the best prices and select the suitable
items for doing the job with the best solution.
* Responsible for all logistics in the company.
* General Coordinator for construction Team & projects.
* Preparing all Submittals' for the consultant offices ( All divisions
and materials ).
* Attending Exhibitions & Auctions to know the newest in the
market, follow the development steps & finding the best chance.
* Put the HR Plan for the new year for all departments and
managing HR team.
* Managing and prepare the contracts between us and the
contractors and suppliers .
* Attending big deals and close it .
* Responsible for the international deals (Determined the needs -
Select the supplier ----------- etc.)
* Responsible for making the selection & interview for the new Eng.
Members.
Car's service centers
Responsibilities:
* Management of all elements in the team (Mechanics -
Supervisors - officials of spare parts - receptionist - Centers
Managers ---- etc.
* Better customer service and provide the best maintenance
service to ensure the continuity and increase income
* Marketing maintenance service centers ( Making contracts
with the companies ) in order to achieve maximum spread
among customers
* Study of market need of auto parts and made available to the
centers at competitive prices in order to attract the customer
to achieve the highest rate of sales and profits
* Develop the system of work (Programs- Equipments - Cycle
- Sales - Monitoring ----- etc.)
* In Charge for Selecting and Recruiting the employees
