Responsible for Manpower Management including Recruitment, Training, Engagement and Communication within the organization for a multi skilled workforce including Dermatologists, Clinic Managers, Skin Therapists, Janitors, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc
Provide strategic direction to the management team on continuously improving HR systems and solutions
Oversee and refine various HR policies and procedures for all company personnel including maintaining the employee handbook, policies and procedures documentation
Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements to support Company’s business plans
Structure and manage the full cycle on-boarding process. Partner with Line Managers to ensure smooth induction of new Employees to the company.
Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
Establish and maintain efficient Performance Management system. Ensure the time frame of Performance Assessments and KPIs Setting processes is followed by the Employees and Managers
Plan the Employees Engagement Survey and the calendar of social events
Manage and resolve completely, all employee relations issues including Labor Relations, Labor law
Strategic planning including Sourcing Pools, Recruitment costs, Attrition Control, Manpower Utilization
Handling the Annual Budget planning process for the department

Human Resources
 Responsible for manpower management including recruitment, training, engagement and communication within the organization
 Optimize HR processes and systems to reduce costs and increase output for the organization
 Handle new joinees, Employee promotions, separations and movements along with the functional head
 Assisting in the Annual Budget planning process for the department
 Handling Human Resources Information System and the personnel files for the department
 Monthly payroll and performance management
Administration
 P.R.O with HFZ & Dubai & Umm Alqwain & other government cycles.
 Handle all service contracts for the company
 Responsible for all insurance requirements of the company (motor, property, life & medical)
 Facilities management, including vehicles and equipment (new & renewal)
