-Full responsibilty for the new models preparations.

-Study the line layout & make allocation for the new equipments.

-Study the new equipments specs to be matched with the new process & operations.

-Make programming for the new machines & new vehicles software.

-Run with conslut III plus to make analysis for the electric concerns at vehicles.

-Calculate the STD consumption for each direct/ indirect materials.

-Inroduce new facilties at the production line which improve ergonomics, safety & productivity (Glass manipulators, seats manipulators, tire manipulators).

-Select the required special tools for the special operations.

-Contact with all supplier indoor/ outdoor to manufacture special jigs & tools to support the production line.

-Direct contact with japan side to share ermergency issues & share analysis.

-Solve & reporting all the (technical, quality) concerns that happened during engineering trial and prevent the recurrence of the concerns.

-Responsible for shop floor management.

-Achive daily & monthly production target

-Training new operators.

-Control the attendence and take corrective action incase of high absenteeism.

-Make the operational target plan for the work shop.

-Contact with the other departements (Warehouse supervisor & quality supervisor) to determine the products quality and control the material timing.

-Check and inspect the defected parts and prepare the claim report.

-Report daily for the top management all the status.

-Investigate with maintenance team the equipment problems to solve the chronic problems.

-Manage the SFM team (shop floor management team) to present and control all the shop floor data.

Engineering Deprtement :-
-Support Suppliers to achive quality level.

-Adjust Assy. Jigs to save Body Accuracy.

-Study the factors which affect the welding conditions (Quality).

-Solve any problem affect on quality.

-Study and investigate the current conditions to improve the workability.

-Manage the team of safe& easy operation.

-Calculate the comsumption according to STD.

Production Departement:-
-Responsible for shop floor management.

-Achive daily & monthly production target

-Training new operators.

-Make continuous improvement for the line stations to improve the quality and safe the time.

-Control the attendence and take corrective action incase of high absenteeism.

-Achieving the company target by Following-up and improving the vehicle evaluation system (VES) before repair.

-Reporting daily for the departement general manger.
