Duties
❖ Abiding by the health & safety regulations set by the company, and ensuring all 3rd party vendors abide to company’s EHS standards such as PTW, RAMS, EHS tool box, etc.…

❖ Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value. Planning best allocation and utilization of space & resources for new buildings. Checking that agreed programs, execution and delivery by staff or contractors are promptly met.
❖ Coordinating with event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
❖ Visiting venues to plan layout of seating and decorations.
❖ Proposing new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
❖ Managing all refurbishments and renovations. Delivered projects worth 40, 000 SQM.
❖ Acting as the point of contact between the Businesses and the Facilities Team, ensuring an efficient and effective stakeholders management.
❖ Managing Business Continuity Plan from Real Estate perspective, and coordinating with the Business Continuity Management Team in event of disasters.
