Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out communication of organization’s policies and procedures to establish a proper flow of information at all levels of the organization within the region.
- Coordinate and manage company staffing needs in accordance with the overall HR planning by managing recruitment, manpower mobilization/demobilization, new hire integration, employees’ relations, personal development and training for Regional Office and projects in Egypt, Morocco, Libya, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, KSA, Djibouti and Taipei.
- Responsible for enforcing, monitoring and auditing implementation of company’s IMS-integrated management system.
- Monitor and control the Performance Appraisal system for eligible company staff in both Levels (Regional & Project). Through the performance appraisal, aiming to calibrate, refine and/or reward this performance, by analyzing achievements and evaluating contribution towards the achievements of the overall organizational goals.
- Identify, manage and monitor HR Department’s staffing needs.
- Evaluate the adequacy and competency of human resources assigned to the Human Resources Department at both levels (Regional & Site).;
- Conduct the company’s processes optimization annual review to insure the best practice for FTE indicating employees’ workload.
