To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve
the overall corporate sales objectives.
- To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
- To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business
targets.
- To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with
existing and new customers.
- Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions.
- Create reports showing Sales.
- Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognitions to Employee
- Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in
sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction .
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of
contacts to be made.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Advising clients on insurance policies that fit their needs best.
- Find new customers and explain the types of coverage that you might find useful.
- For the price and the policies that offer various insurance companies.
- Maintain client records and prepare reports.
- Assist clients in procedures to obtain for financial compensation.
