Implementation and management of all tasks related- to quality and production in the factory

- Planning, organizing and directing manufacturing and maintenance process.
- Prepare work plans that reduces manufacturing costs and Raising the production capacity in collaboration with factory team .
- Achieving production objectives while ensuring the standards of products that are expected to exceed the expectations of customers.
- Work to improve labor Manpower in the plant .
- Submit special reports and development plans in collaboration with team of the factory and Technical and admin supervision on all factory department.
- Apply safety procedures to work environment.
- Forecast future needs from manpower and equipment's and Secure Raw Material .
- Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to orders from the warehouse management and sales department.
- Supervision of the inputs and outputs of the production processes and the application of quality standards and procedures.
- Identify requirements for raw materials and prepare orders for inputs and submit it to the Procurement Department.
- Identify the human resource requirements needed to work in the production department, participate in the selection of operations in the departments and information for each individual, train and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for staff.
- Follow up the maintenance work in the production hall by the specialists.
- Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes that are intended to improve the quality of production and reduce time, effort and cost.
- Reporting on the progress of production processes, achievements and failures to senior management.
- Develop quality policies and procedures for staff, train and motivate them.

- monitoring of the sanitary and occupational safety conditions in the factory and ensuring its validity.

- Participate in evaluating the performance of employees in all departments through their application of quality standards.
- Supervising the storage conditions in the warehouses, both raw materials and final product.
- Work of all chemical analysis of raw materials ( raw water, raw chemical materials and packing materials ) .
- Work of all microbiological analysis of raw materials ( raw water, raw chemical materials and packing materials ) .
- Work on the latest devices for chemical analysis spectrophotometer devices and ion chromatography devices .
- Follow up the desalination water completely from raw water passing through treatment plants (R.O.), remain unit, sterilization and packaging processes .
- Adjust the ratio of elements and chemical compounds in accordance with the local and international standards (SASO, ISO 22000, HACCP, IBWA and NSF standards ) .
- Samples contentiously during the production processes and test it (chemical, microbiological and physical tests).
- Work of all chemical, microbiological and physical analysis of final product.
- Follow up all reports of the chemical and microbiological laboratories.
- Anticipates problems early and takes action .
- Adapt rapidly to changes in laboratory needs .
- Ensure complains with all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure that lab personnel follow the safety plan and that proper safety equipment is available .
- Follow up on the status of all samples sent out foe analysis is available.
