• Handle customer complaints.
• Follow-up status of complaints.

• Coordinate with the leasing department on the status of the tenant’s contract and ensure a proper hand-over process.
• Send updates via SMS to new tenants with regards to their leasing contracts.
• Responsible for E.R.E (Ezdan Real Estate) website’s back office.
• Responsible for the SMS corporate account with Vodafone, as an Account Super Admin.
• Enrol, print and issue cards to new customers and staff using the EDC (Ezdan Discount Cards) system - MINTS Software Solution. For renewal, update the details, print and issue the cards as well.
• Liaise as a contract coordinator for EDC.
• Recruit partners from various industries to be a partner for EDC.
• Facilitate and coordinate media advertisement for new and existing EDC partners.
• Handle furniture replacement/pull-out request forms.
• Coordinate and follow up on tenants’ requests with all the concerned departments validating statuses.
