SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Handling All Activities of Teller Area.
Deal with customers’ deposits, saving withdrawals and cash checks.
Exchange foreign currencies
Responsible for operating ATMs and POSs.
Settlement ATMs, POSs and othrer accounts between the branch & H.O.
Promote and advertise various bank products.
Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries.
Prepare reports for high level management and Internal Audit Group and design various administrative work sheets.
Handling All Activities of Customer Service Department
Meet customers and demonstrate which saving packages fit their needs.
Open accounts and issue debit and credit cards.
Issue CD's, TD's and refund and break and renewal it.
Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries.
Prepare reports for high level management and Internal Audit Group and design various administrative work sheets.
Handles all the accounting system in the company and part of my responsibilities handling with customer and understanding the customer requirements
Training in Financial Accounting Office part time
