At Sell & Buy, I am handling the sale process from Prospecting to closing deals and follow up. Despite tough economic conditions I managed to increase the number of tours and hit sales target for the quarter. I also managed to build successful relationships with all key stakeholders.
During my work at DAMAC, I was in charge of identifying possible leads and sales opportunities, while building and maintaining an excellent relationship with agents and agencies. I have done a great job at conducting reviews and attending client meetings, which resulted in client satisfaction but most importantly translated into achieving my sales targets.
During my work at PBM, single handedly was able to secure the sale of six apartments and the rent of approx. twenty other properties (Commercial and Residential) valued at over 5M$ in prime areas of Beirut City during my work at PBM; where the economy and the state of the country were not in a situation that would permit us real estate agents to easily close deals. During my time at PBM I lead a team of property consultants and constantly
monitored performance and completion of tasks. In addition to sales, I was also in-charge of offloading units for rental purposes, where I have also achieved month after month record high targets. I have maintained great relationships with all key stakeholders, including investors, landlords, tenants and property owners.
During my work at Presella I was handling the operations management during all events produced or managed by Presella, while monitoring event industry trends and submitting reports on how the company can move towards certain behavior. Handled sales, client meetings and acquired over 300, 000 USD of ticket sales through event acquisitions. Oversaw a team of door managers, hostesses and cashiers and made sure the entry process to any event was up to a certain level of high quality.
During my work at TAKREEM I was working part of a team that plans and implements PR & Communications strategies, while overseeing the delivery of content through web and social, making sure to achieve our monthly marketing goals. I was also in charge of 3rd party and supplier relations, running marketing operations that included Print, design, translation, animation, content development and making sure all our deliverables were
created on time, by the right stakeholder.
During my internship at Eduware I was handling the copy writing and creation of all press material, including press releases and press shots while managing the company’s online social assets and driving traffic from our channels to our website. I have maintained and updated our companies
