Responsible for at least 38 workshop personnel as follows, 3 foreman and 4 charge hand (fabrication section and painting shop)
Responsible for providing daily works to be done
Checking daily activities to ensure that job order are finished on time
To monitor manpower requirement of the section
Job description :
Diagnose and trouble shoots complex problems providing solutions based on technical expertise and experience.
Perform job request through Maximo system
Handel the safety issue for the employees and job
Coordinates with PMV stores and procurement the material needed to ensure that materials will come on time.
Coordinate with draftsmen some drawing for fabrication and revisions to be done
Fabrication of sewage treatment plant in accordance to client (ACWA) design and make some necessary revision / alteration as needed upon fabrication with the coordination with the engineer in charge
Fabrication of diesel and water tanks with different capacities based on projects requirements. Other equipment fabricated on work shop namely, maintenance lube unit, cargo body with crane truck mounted, Repair work for all equipment.
Fabrication of tower crane accessories required for project used, namely tie-in base on tower crane models with strut and anchors.
Repair works for pipe laying machine, mandrill, internal clamp dismantle reducing sizes as required.
