- Prepared weekly reports for Aircraft OTP (On Time Performance) to measure aircraft/fleet performance.

- Organized and hold weekly meeting with concerned departments to resolve ACARS (Aircraft Communications, Addressing and Reporting System) issues.

- Developed study for (KPI) for seat, IFE, And connectivity availability and prepared weekly reports.

- Prepared Maintenance Program Manuals for some fleet and obtained GACA approval to be distributed and implemented. Also, Updated the Manuals if there has been any updates or new revision from the manufacture.

-Involved in constructed GMM general Maintenance Manual which identifies the process and functions of each department.

-Investigated many issues which requires communicating with manufactures and involved departments.

- involved in Renovation project for an old dredger.

-Involved in Repairing electrical equipment.

-Installed new sensors and parts.

-Installed cables for the new systems.

-Involved in monthly scheduled Maintenance, which involved testing all electrical systems in the dredger.

•Participated in Daily Scheduled Maintenance for Electric Substations (13.8 KV/110 KV, 110/380 KV), which involved testing Switchgear and Circuit Breaker, Transformer, and Auxiliary .
•Participated in Monitoring SVC (Static Var Consumption) project by ABB in Jeddah, Al Fasliah district. The goal of this project was to improve the quality of the power and the grid stability by providing reactive power to stabilize the grid voltage.
•Participated in Monitoring new Electric Substation Projects, which required working with commissioning engineers and contractors

In SEC distribution sector:
•Monitored Maintenance of distribution system (13.8KV/220 -110V).
•Gained information about Electricity distribution System.
