• Prepare and maintain/update as required the project Budget Plan, project management plan, Manpower Histogram, Staff requirements and matrix of responsibilities between HBK, Design consultants and JV partner.
• Lead Project teams successfully to ensure tight timeframe schedule, milestones, smooth completion and client satisfactions and are met.
• Review contract and handle contractual issues with contracts department in accordance with Company procedures.
• Identify any Construction conflicts and resolve the same on the spot in coordination with the PMC/client.

Key Deliverables:
• Prepare recovery program to Compensate elapsed time and Lead Project team to complete the project in time.
• Lead and monitor project teams to work around the clock to achieve recovery progarmme.
• Evaluate and recommend the technical problems to be sorted immediately in liaising with PMC.
• Dramatic change for the quality of Technical Submittals to guarantee the PMC approval from the first revision to avoid time wasting and order delays due to repeated revisions.
Key Achievements:
• Improve long lead items delivery schedule by very close follow up and negotiating suppliers/manufacturers directly to ensure the timeframes and customer satisfactions are met.
• Run Bypass for 3 live pump stations successfully without single failure or complain for 4 Months.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP-2) Saadiyat Island Project - (535 M AED) (Infrastructure & Civil Works Tanks/Buildings)

• Lead project teams for successful completion on time maintaining safety and quality requirements and within the budget.
• Responsible for the engineering coordination between different disciplines of the project civil, Mechanical, electrical and process from construction to hand over.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities, Preparation of brief scope of work for upper management appraisal.

• Identify the scope of any additional works and technical upgrades which are not covered in the original contract to enhance the project deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve company’s revenue.
