• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for
all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of work.

•Responsible for preparing Cost Sheets and assembling bids and proposals for various
contract types.

•Prepare & Send out RFQ for (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, and prepare
technical evaluation sheet and compliance sheet.

•Perform assessment of vendor's proposals to ascertain if the scope is covered and also
manage the risk of scope gaps.

•Study the tender drawings/circulars/clarification responses from the client and reflect
them on the Cost Sheet.

•Prepare the tender cost estimation, such as man-hour estimates, materials, and
equipment considering the location and duration of the project.

• Participate in Cost Variance analysis and invoices.
Participate in the preparation of the tender schedule, manpower histogram I S-Curve and
organization chart

• Responding to breakdowns and investigating production problems.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff.
• Making improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency

•Facilitated construction and installation of MEP components.

• Delegate tasks to various project teams.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
