• Integrating the cost, schedule and document control elements of project Works.
• Managing a team consists of a Senior PCS Engineer, PCS Engineer, Senior Cost Engineer, Cost Engineer, a Document Controller and Assistant Document Controller.
• Supervising Document Control and leading the development of the Document control system.
• Developing and maintaining the project information system including information accumulation and reporting.
• Reviewing of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents.
• Managing of intra-management correspondence (between the Site and Development Offices) for compliance with the provisions of the contract documents.
• Continuously reviewing of contract documents and performing a contractual/commercial review of the tender submissions (of every Project Package) checking the content for compliance with the instruction to Tenders.
• Reviewing initial Work Breakdown structure and reporting system.
• Reviewing and evaluating Program Master Schedule and design, construction procurement schedules.
• Analyzing, evaluating and forecasting project cost estimates and preparing estimates as required.
• Analyzing and evaluating performance against an established schedule.

• Provided planning, progress monitoring services and had significant impact and input on the planning and organizational issues and relevant decisions made by the project’s Senior Management Team.
• Reviewed contract documentations to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements.
• Developed a fully detailed Project Schedule, proposing amendments and alternatives to it and to the project construction Method Statement as considered advantageous to meet or improve on project targets. Ensured that the project organization chart and all schedules are kept up-to-date.
• Designed report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project.
• Updated the overall programs. Prepared in conjunction with the concerned staff the detailed short-term working programs as necessary, accentuated any revision in the sequences of durations of activities arising from enforced changes being made to the overall program.
• Checked progress on the above programs by frequent site inspection, and stressed to site supervisors the need to adhere to the required sequences and durations of the scheduled activities.
• Where necessary drew up daily programs showing hourly resource allocation for manpower, plant and factory production items. Recommended priorities for allocation in the event of conflicting demands and co-ordinates the transfer of labor as necessary.
• Prepared programs as required prior to the letting of sub-contracts to arrange continuity of work for the sub-contractors at the least cost to the project. Issued necessary programs to Sub-contractors on site and checked to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements.
• Prepared and updated labor resource programs showing the work force required for each direct trade, and for major sub-contractors when applicable.
• Incorporated / monitored all change orders to the contract to make certain that all additions and deletions are incorporated in revisions of the construction method statement and the overall program.
• Trained and guided new planers. Identify, in conjunction with manager, the need and areas where training is required.
• Established scheduling procedures (planning, update, maintenance) in order to standardize the procedures
• Conducted data analysis through approved techniques to identify conflict or problematic activities to Project Manager
• Documented all causes / reasons for schedule changes in order to maintain accurate Project History.
