1)AS MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT
Ensure that the merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material to reflect current demand.
Maintain the correct basic stock levels within the store.
Work closely with the General Manager and the sales, marketing, purchasing and warehouses departments to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time.
2)AS STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
Leading a team of sales men and technicians and delegating necessary tasks to them
Training the staff on the sales procedures programs and make sure they followed the programme at all times.
Provide effective democratic leadership and control for the staff.
Identify, in conjunction with the General Manager, the training and development needs of the staff.
Noting customer responses and feedback of store products to handle and solving the complains
3)AS SALES & PROFIT MANAGEMENT
Achievement of sales budget.
Manage and achieve operating cost effectiveness targets in line with the profit and loss.
Protect the assets and profits of the store.
Presenting the required report in a timely manner
Study the market and competitive situation and propose means of overcoming the difficulties in selling
1)AS DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Set commercial strategy & positioning per Category and per trade channel, including Pricing strategy, Promotional Strategy, Supply Strategy, Private label Strategy and Supplier Management direction in coordination with the commercial manager
Manages and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services provided by HR, IT, Finance through coordination and communication between support and business functions
Set the strategy, direction & guidelines for international & local purchasing agreements - covering supplier's standards, negotiations direction / negotiation priorities, contractual agreements, forward buying, payment terms, replenishment & inventory direction & guidelines.
Select suppliers, negotiate, sign agreements & purchase, considering local market input & needs.
2)AS OPERATION MANAGER
Manages and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services provided by HR,
IT, Finance through coordination and communication between support and business functions
Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company
Develops and maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
Provides administrative support to projects management team.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports to track expenses and relevant costs.
Management of assets by negotiations and recommendations for procurement of main equipment’s according to the operations need.
Develop and document Standing Operating Procedures for all areas of the divisions
Opening New Market's channels and Insert the items to trade with it
Oversees employee performance management, training and development
Oversees with other managers, proper staff allocations and resources work schedules
Oversees overall operational, financial and resources management, planning, systems and controls with the GM
Develops and maintains annual budget with the GM
