• Monitoring Status and Security Alert of Servers, PCs and Network Equipments through using WhatsApp Gold (SIEM Solution).
• Install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Veritas Backup Exec:
• Create Schedule backup for specific systems (full, differential, and incremental).
• Create connected storages to tab device, NAS storage, and Cloud Storage.
• Encrypt backup files.
• Define accounts to access devices through agents preinstalled remotely or locally on the machines …, etc.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot Kaspersky Security Center:
- Deploy endpoints to Clients.
- Configure the policies of all protection components (file, web, email …, etc.), in addition the policies of all Security Controls (devices, web and Applications).
- Configure Kaspersky Server to work as WSUS Server.
- Fix Vulnerabilities on Machines and Server.
- Create reports and events monitors.
- Create schedule tasks (updates, scanning, find vulnerabilities) …, etc.
• Operate and Handle daily Exchange Server Tasks and Troubleshooting (version 2010, 2016).
• Configure and troubleshoot Bluecoat ProxySG 600-10 (web Filtering Proxy) including
• Setup internet access polices for networks, users, and group of users in Active directory.
• Setup information forwarding to tftp collector in Bluecoat Reporter Server.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA 5520 Firewall, IPs, Site-to-Site VPNs, Client-to-site VPN and NATing, define access Rules…etc.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers WLC 5508 :
- Create physical interfaces and virtual interfaces for each subnet will use with WLANs.
- Core Switch or any other resource (in my case DSL router-Extra internet source) through physical interfaces created forwarding VlANs.
- Create SSD Name for each subnet; deploy them to access points through switches connected to these access points.
- Define Network protocols, Network channels, Network band, Wireless Security protocols…etc.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Bluecoat Reporter including create and Customize reports.
• Configure Internet connection in Cisco Router (2900 Series)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot (Cisco switches Catalyst 3750 and 2960 Series), including: Create VLANs on VTP Server (Main/Core switch) and deploy them to access switches through VTP Clients -depend on VLANs design.

• Create LUNs and link them with Solutions and Servers through ISCSI links.
