• Interact with clients to ensure compliance with safety parameters pertaining to rig site operations. Conduct risk assessments to ensure implementation of adequate safety measures based on identified flaws.
• Coordinate activities related to assembly, checking & loading equipment required for Tubing Conveying Perforating (TCP), Cased Hole (CH) Wireline, Open Hole (OH) Wireline or Downhole Seismic Services, (DSS).
• Collaborate with the drill crew in the assembly of TCP, CH/OH Wireline or DSS equipment in compliance with organizational safety parameters and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values pertaining to day to day business transactions.
• Update manuals & records related to base/well operations, equipment and logistics. Prepare & present various status reports to senior management to enable effective decision making.
• Catered to specific business requirements of customers by interacting and collating issues.
• Maintained updated database of reported customer issues and resolutions.
• Interacted with appropriate authorities for effectively resolving critical or escalated issues.
• Liaised with vendors in assisting customers aligned to operational requirements.
• Participated in team meetings and activities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
