Water, Petrochemical and infrastructure ( Rail, Airports, Tunnels,
etc) markets for Saudi Arabia

* Lead Sales and Marketing team for each and every country in
MENA (4 BDMS )
* Lead the project estimation and proposal team ( 6 Engineers)
* Drive the company consortiums approach whenever required
per project.

business opportunities locally and globally.
o In-charge of Marketing and sales opportunities and make the
company to be customer centric.
o Responsible for new business initiative i.e. building new
business line

Covering the entire kingdom for the following
Accounts:
1. Saudi Aramco
a. Upstream i.e. Manfia and karan Projects, etc, providing the
JV capabilities for offshore/onshore projects
Established a new platform factory to support this project with
Kenshana Industries.
b. Midstream i.e. promote Bulk plants initiatives along with JV
companies
Downstream i.e. Refineries (RT, Jubail & Yanbu).
2. Power Generation Projects:
a) Mapping Saudi Electricity Company, SEC, Projects and then
frame a strategy for each project
b) Promote ACWA Power as IWPP/IPP
* Growing the business from SR MM company to
SR MM for the.
Setting the strategy to penetrate new business segment i.e.
Water/projects i.e. Jeddah sewage line project, King Abdulaziz
University projects (SRMM). that was implemented through
scaling up the company to category among other companies and
having certain project magnitudes.
* Building relationship with Saudi Aramco led the
company to SR 3.0B
Previously company history in Aramco project never exceeds SR 5
MM. since, the strategy to increase our capabilities with Saudi
Aramco mega projects and that resulted having Qurryah (SRM)
Saffanyyah(SRMM) and Audhaliyah (MM).
*Qualify the company to be recognized as Key
bidders for Mega projects
Capitalizing on the local content capabilities for mega projects (Saudi
Aramco, SABIC and government) to be part of the Refineries
projects as the company is preselected for the
Elec/Mech/Water/Instrument large scale projects.
*Opened an onshore/offshore Fabrication
companies
Support the industry with steel manufacturing platforms and skids
covering the onshore and offshore application. I&C, Pressure
vessels, valves and etc.
*Feasibility studies Consultant
Prepared several studies to develop and the business and to open
new business line as of Precast plant and ready-mix concrete plant
in order to support the contracting company.

* Market the company's products and services in the local market,
by establishing a team of professional projects sales personnel's.
* Define & prospect business opportunities for government &
private sector constructions projects & tenders.

* Establish a network to trace and follow up business activities in
the local market including new companies, consultants, design
Offices, latest constructions projects (commercials & residential),
tenders, tenders results, etc.
* Studying project tender requirements, proposing sketches and
designs, submitting quotations and offers.
* Over see the dept. sales targets, sales policies, profitability, and
cost control and customer relationship.
* Produce a bi-monthly status report for the general manager.

* Attend the project scope of work explanation with client and
contractors.
* Monitoring projects document and specifications.
* Coordinating day activities with Clients, Consultants, Statuary
bodies and Contractors with reference to follow up, billing,
contractual obligations and claims.

relations with them.

the parties involved in the work are fully aware of their
