Responsible for a business magnitude of US$ 8.0 billion in Saudi Arabia covering O&G, Petrochemical and Power & Water.
• Extend the current Bemco business from Power to O&G and Petrochem
• Lead 6 Managers in 6 affiliates to support Bemco project pricing and project sales (TRUBA: erection and installation, GEDAC: Electrical Manufacturing, BII, BSI, Bemco Engineering, Bemco Oil & Gas)
• Lead Estimation team of 40 people at different discipline.
• Create JV or consortium wherever applicable per project for future business line

3- having two GMs reporting to me.
Responsible in identifying, evaluating,
and recommending prospective new work for Oil & Gas, Power &
Water, Petrochemical and infrastructure ( Rail, Airports, Tunnels,
etc) markets for Saudi Arabia
* Having the following Responsibilities:
* Lead Sales and Marketing team for each and every country in
MENA (4 BDMS )
* Lead the project estimation and proposal team ( 6 Engineers)
* Drive the company consortiums approach whenever required
per project.

Achievements * Closed the following Mega project for Saudi Arabia:
* Main Subcontract for Maaden Ras Al Khair power plant with
SIPCO (SR 1.5 billion)
* Infrastructure Project for Maaden Ras Al Khair (Building and
Housing) (SR 1 billion)
* Main subcontract with Samsung CO2 Pipeline project for
Aramco Abqaiq - Shudgam CO2 pipeline (SR Million
* Having the following tasks:
o Developing strategies for market development and penetration;
o Coordinating with functional departments (Plant, Purchasing,
Admin and HR, Sales and Business Development and Finance)
in formulating strategies to increase business and market
share.
o Establishing and maintaining customer relationships with
several clients across the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical
industries;
o Localization and signing frame agreements with EPC, s for Saudi Aramco projects.

o Promote the company to establish new business line including
Oil & Gas, Power& Water and Petrochemical
o JV formation with reputable international companies to have a
better strength in the market competition
o Building local manufacturing facilities to maximize the local
content.
o Lobbying with key customers to be registered and qualified
company for RFQs.
o Conduct presentation and representing the company to find
business opportunities locally and globally.
o In-charge of Marketing and sales opportunities and make the
company to be customer centric.
o Responsible for new business initiative i.e. building new
business line
Covering the entire kingdom for the following
Accounts:
1. Saudi Aramco
a. Upstream i.e. Manfia and karan Projects, etc, providing the
JV capabilities for offshore/onshore projects
Established a new platform factory to support this project with
Kenshana Industries.
b. Midstream i.e. promote Bulk plants initiatives along with JV
companies
Downstream i.e. Refineries (RT, Jubail & Yanbu).
2. Power Generation Projects:
a) Mapping Saudi Electricity Company, SEC, Projects and then
frame a strategy for each project
b) Promote ACWA Power as IWPP/IPP
* Growing the business from SR MM company to
SR MM for the.
Setting the strategy to penetrate new business segment i.e.
Water/projects i.e. Jeddah sewage line project, King Abdulaziz
University projects (SRMM). that was implemented through
scaling up the company to category among other companies and
having certain project magnitudes.
* Building relationship with Saudi Aramco led the
company to SR 3.0B
Previously company history in Aramco project never exceeds SR 5
MM. since, the strategy to increase our capabilities with Saudi
Aramco mega projects and that resulted having Qurryah (SRM)
Saffanyyah(SRMM) and Audhaliyah (MM).
*Qualify the company to be recognized as Key
bidders for Mega projects
Capitalizing on the local content capabilities for mega projects (Saudi
Aramco, SABIC and government) to be part of the Refineries
projects as the company is preselected for the
Elec/Mech/Water/Instrument large scale projects.
*Opened an onshore/offshore Fabrication
companies
Support the industry with steel manufacturing platforms and skids
covering the onshore and offshore application. I&C, Pressure
vessels, valves and etc.
*Feasibility studies Consultant
Prepared several studies to develop and the business and to open
new business line as of Precast plant and ready-mix concrete plant
in order to support the contracting company.
For Business Development
* Market the company's products and services in the local market,
by establishing a team of professional projects sales personnel's.
* Define & prospect business opportunities for government &
private sector constructions projects & tenders.
* Establish a network to trace and follow up business activities in
the local market including new companies, consultants, design
Offices, latest constructions projects (commercials & residential),
tenders, tenders results, etc.
* Studying project tender requirements, proposing sketches and
designs, submitting quotations and offers.
* Over see the dept. sales targets, sales policies, profitability, and
cost control and customer relationship.
* Produce a bi-monthly status report for the general manager.
Jobs Description as Project Manager
* Attend the project scope of work explanation with client and
contractors.
* Monitoring projects document and specifications.
* Coordinating day activities with Clients, Consultants, Statuary
bodies and Contractors with reference to follow up, billing,
contractual obligations and claims.
* Correspondence with Clients/Consultants and maintain cordial
relations with them.
* Lead experience and qualified project team and ensure that all
the parties involved in the work are fully aware of their
responsibilities and task deadlines.
* Support and ensure each discipline has understood their scope
of works and the Design Criteria is Established and followed.

studies) for new, up gradation and relocation/revamping of
