• To manage the audit works in accordance with audit schedule approved by the Manager Internal Audit.
• To prepare Audit Programs & work instructions for assigned tasks on the basis of audit scope and objectives.
• To review the working papers and initial audit reports/findings prepared by the audit staff reporting to me.
• To prepare the final audit reports at the completion of each assignment and also prepare interim reports in case some issues have to be communicated to the management during the course of audit.

• Conducted comprehensive Inventory reviews in stores while coaching Managers on how to correct and prevent errors.
• Conducted and supervising the pre-audit of;
o P2P cycle
o Over all payroll- specially checking and analyzing the working of annual Bonuses & Premium paid against employees medical insurance facility and after all analysis assist the Admin/HR department if any room for improvement / negotiation available in relation to insurance policy.
o Costing of Production.
o Raw Material Consumption report.
o All types of vouchers- especially adjustment & consumption vouchers.
• Post Audit;
o Vendor’s & Customer’s ledger reconciliations.
o Bank Reconciliations.
o Payable & Receivable Aging Analysis.
• Ensure compliance of Internal Control System and procedures.
