Handling end to end recruitment life cycle - Overseas& Local.
Responsible for conducting employee orientations and inductions on start date.
Preparing monthly recruitment reports.

-Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance for employees and managers, whilst ensuring it's complying with Kuwait labor laws and Company policies.
-Handling Payroll responsibilities.
o Preparing and maintaining requisite data (overtime, commission, disciplinary deductions) with supporting documents before the payroll cycle.
o Checking and auditing timesheet records as well as maintaining accrual records with leave.
o Answering employee remuneration inquiries.
o Opening and renewing bank account for
company employees
-Processing Indemnities, annual Leaves, admin decisions, salary certificates, sick leaves, employees’ grievances.-Handling recruitment operations( Onboarding & Offboarding) and conducting screening interviews
-Maintaining confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
-Preparing and coordinating with government relation representatives and delegates for residencies, official documents, visas, licenses, etc.
-Preparing HR reports and summaries.
-Completing termination/resignation paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
-Coordinating with insurance companies for employee claims, insurance plans, queries, etc.
