Act as Engineer’s focal point for all MEP Testing and Commissioning aspects for the project in relation to testing plans, parameters and procedures, ensuring that testing and commissioning activities are consistent and coordinated..
Be responsible for monitoring the Testing and Commissioning activities and commitments from the Contractor and its Subcontractors by ensuring they are correctly implemented.

Project Overview
The project scope involves engineering consultancy services of design review and construction supervision of some 3, 400 buildings on 600 sites across Saudi Arabia for the implementation of His Highness the King of Saudi Arabia's Security Headquarters Development Project.
Role:
• Quality control on electrical work/progress.
• Perform daily inspection based on project specification and international standard.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP and method
of statement
• Ensure regular and timely response to contractor RFI’s to witness and verify technical
inspection and materials testing as required.
• Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as
per approved inspection and test plan.
• Coordination between structural, architectural and MEP
• Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues(Daily submittals, inspection requests, Quality
Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk, Material, and equipment’s delivered to site)
• Check all items of HV and MV work involved in buildings.
• Participates in the development of Low current systems (CCTV, Access control, UPS, MATV, IP
Telephone, Audio Visual System, Fire Alarm System etc) as well as related policies and

Role:
Managing overall supervision and leading the team of technicians for Installation & Commissioning of Power Transformers up to 502MVA, Switch gear, gantries, Control panels, Surge arrestors, Battery Chargers and battery banks of electrical Substation. Supervised the internal wiring of relay and control panels, substation building wiring for power, lighting and fire alarm system. Installation of lighting, cable tray, main HVAC, Drainage Pumps, and fire fighting equipment's. The other associated jobs include
Reviewing of Vendor Drawings.
Develop design and construction standards, determine installation and operating requirements, and evaluate new products and vendors.
Reviewing of approved drawings according to the site conditions and preparing the field design change note.

To witness and approve the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for major electrical equipment.

Marafiq (Water and Power Utility Company) Installation and Maintenance of HV Substation 4.16kV, 13.8kV, 34.5kV and 115kV) water treatment plants, the detail of plants mentioned below.
A. Seawater cooling facility:
The total installed capacity of the pumping stations is 346 cubic meters per second (29.9million cubic meters per day).
B. Potable Water facility:
B1. Desalination Plant # 1 (GHUMISAH) The Plant is designed to produce a total of 16, 000 cubic meters per day.
B2. Desalination Plant # 2 The Plant is designed to produce a total of 32, 000 cubic meters per day.
Water Treatment Plant # 01 & 02 & 03 Each R.O. Plant consists of two trains having a designed production capacity of 3, 750 cubic meters per day for each train.
C. Waste Water facility:
C1. Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP8) It has a design capacity of 60, 000 cubic meters per day.
C2. Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWTP9) It has a design capacity of 72, 000 cubic meters per day.
