Joined the organization as Construction Manager at Jeddah - Saudi Arabia, and deputed to Al Baha while meriting multiple promotions up till the position of Area Manager.
Key Projects to Credit:
- KAP 1- encompassing 2 forensic labs, 3 traffic stations, 2 police stations, 1 major police regional station, 7 stations for civil defense including clinics and small hospitals.
- Successfully handled 15 sites involving civil defense building, traffic police departments and forensic detection centers while proficiently managed a staff including 12 engineers, 2 construction managers, 2 site project managers, 450 labors, 60+ office staff and 5 sub-contractors.

• Princess Noura University for Women (PNUW):
- Building 1.9.0: Area of the building 65000 sq.mtr, Project cost 750 Million SAR. Project includes architecting 29 restaurants with kitchen, student lounge, small hospital, polyclinic, a major ballroom, a major kitchen zone, a book store and a bank branch (Riyadh bank) as well as complicated facade treatment (a mix between stone cladding, GFRC screens cladding and curtain wall system).
- Building 1.5.0: Area of the building 115000 sq.mtr, Project cost 1.1 Billion SAR. Project includes interior designs and architectural detailing for fully equipped class rooms for (over 4000 students), workshops, conference rooms, students lounge, auditorium (600 chairs) and a large Mosque.

- Main library Building - B-12: Area of the building 45, 000 sq.mtr, Project cost 450 Million SAR. Project includes interior/ exterior designs, complex mix of jumbo glass (800*100*5cm) and diamond shape curtain wall with translucent ONYX marble field. A complicated structure (10m cantilever extending over the red sea).

- Urban Planning at KSA, Dubai and Qatar: Project includes many villas, shopping centers, residential and hotel apartments.
- Urban Planning for Nawras Project in Jizan: Project includes 3000 residential unitss as well as schools, polyclinics among others.
- Urban Planning for Mustaqbal project at Al Baha - KSA: Project includes 2000 villas and aparments of 22 types including schools, polyclinics etc.
- Al Mabkhara Tower at Dubai
- Damas Twin Towers at Dubai execution of interior design for FDCC

- Kingdom Tower: Project Cost 1.2 Billion SAR. Prepared architectural designs and successfully executed the project jointly with Omrania and Associates (consultants) and Bechtel (Project Manager).
- Played a crucial role in creating sketch schemes, schematic plans & requisite construction documents for various wedding halls, restaurants, shopping centers and 4 seasons hotel.
